Terms of use

Use Encyvera lawfully, preserve the connection between knowledge and evidence, and respect the rights attached to each source.

Effective August 30, 2026

The service

Encyvera is a source-aware knowledge platform operated by Bolrach Technologies Limited. It provides public reading, structured knowledge views and a versioned read API. Published material is connected to the reviewed entity, claim, citation and source records available for that material.

Acceptable use

You may read, link to and use the service for lawful purposes. Do not disrupt the service, evade access controls, probe private systems without written authorization, automate abusive request volumes, misrepresent Encyvera content or use the platform to violate the rights of another person.

Public API access remains subject to published technical limits. An available endpoint is not permission to bypass a source's own terms or a person's legal rights.

Knowledge and corrections

Encyvera works to preserve traceable evidence, revision history and independent review, but no encyclopedia is error-free or complete. Do not treat general knowledge content as professional medical, legal, financial or emergency advice.

Report a suspected error with the exact page, claim and supporting or conflicting source. Corrections must preserve revision and citation integrity rather than silently replacing a historical record.

Content rights and attribution

Facts may not themselves be protected by copyright, but article text, media, databases, design and source materials can carry separate rights and licence conditions. Follow the rights and attribution information attached to the specific record or original source.

Nothing on this page grants broader rights in third-party material, the Encyvera name, branding, software or compilation than the rights expressly stated with that material or provided by applicable law.

External sources

Citations may open an original publisher or archive. Those destinations are independent of Encyvera, can change after review and may apply their own terms. A citation records evidence; it is not an endorsement of every statement or practice of the external publisher.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bolrach Technologies Limited does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every record is complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
