Product support

How can we help?

Report a product problem, request accessible help, raise a privacy concern or challenge a published claim with evidence.

Effective August 30, 2026

Contact Encyvera

Email [email protected] for product support, privacy requests, accessibility issues or knowledge corrections.

Include the affected URL, app platform, what you expected, what happened and any safe steps that reproduce the problem. Do not email passwords, access tokens or private signing keys.

Knowledge corrections

Identify the exact article and claim, explain the suspected problem and include a reliable supporting or conflicting source. A correction is reviewed through the same entity → claim → citation → source model; published history is not silently rewritten.

Mobile and offline reading

The mobile app uses the canonical api.encyvera.org read API. If a live request fails, a previously validated local copy may appear with its validation time and revision. Reconnect and reopen the page to request the current live record.

If a link opens the website instead of the app, send the complete link and your iOS or Android version. Never install an Encyvera build from an unverified sender.

Accessibility

Report the page or screen, assistive technology, browser or device, and the task you could not complete. Accessibility defects are product defects and are tracked separately from content disagreements.

Security and privacy

For a suspected security issue or privacy request, put “Encyvera security” or “Encyvera privacy” in the email subject. Share the minimum personal data needed to investigate. Do not publicly disclose credentials or personal information while requesting help.

Service status

Public reading does not require an account. Contribution and review workspaces can remain unavailable during read-only preview even while the encyclopedia, public API and mobile reader are healthy.
