Scope and operator
This notice covers the Encyvera website, public API and Encyvera mobile applications. Encyvera is operated by Bolrach Technologies Limited.
A linked publisher, archive or other external service has its own privacy practices. Encyvera does not control those services merely because a citation links to them.
Public reading
You do not need an Encyvera account to read published knowledge or use the public read API. The website and app do not ask for contacts, photos, precise location or advertising identifiers for public reading.
Encyvera does not currently serve advertising tags on the website or in the mobile app.
Network and operational data
When you connect, Encyvera and its infrastructure providers may process the network address, request path, timestamp, device or browser headers, response status and security signals needed to deliver the service, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and protect the platform.
Operational monitoring is designed around route templates and service outcomes rather than factual query values. Access and security records are retained only as long as needed for those operational, legal and safety purposes.
Mobile storage and offline reading
The mobile app can keep a bounded set of previously validated public API responses on your device so cited knowledge remains readable during a network failure. The app labels cached material with its validation time and revision. Removing the app or clearing its storage removes that local copy.
Accounts and contributions
Contribution access is separate from public reading and may be unavailable while the platform is in read-only preview. When enabled, sign-in is handled through Authvio. The service processes the identity, authorization scopes, session security data and audit evidence necessary to attribute proposals and independent review decisions.
Encyvera does not publish private access tokens. Editorial attribution and revision history may be retained where necessary to preserve the integrity and accountability of the knowledge record.
Your choices and requests
You may ask about personal data associated with an Encyvera contribution account, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern by emailing [email protected]. Some editorial and security records may need to remain preserved when law, fraud prevention, or revision integrity requires it.
Changes to this notice
